AWFUL for restaurant service staff.

The gratuity is next to nothing for the staff that is serving you. However Reserve has it set up, it nearly depletes the standard 20% gratuity, down to about %11 for the staff. (As Reserve takes a cut)

Awful, and all my staff are begging our company to stop using this service.
