Restaurant didnt honor reservation - claimed bugs with "new system"
1. I saw an opening for a table for 4 at Straight Wharf on Nantucket.
2. I booked it.
3. I got an e-mail saying "Your reservation is confirmed."
4. An hour before the reservation, restaurant called saying the reservation was a mistake (i.e. reserve shoudlnt have let me book reservation), but the restaurant could do an hour later.
5. Long story short, Straight Wharf kept saying, "another 15 minutes" but 1.5 hours later, we peaced out and did something else.
I dont mind not getting a reservation, but if you say something is "confirmed," it should actually be confirmed!
